Most of the mobile instant messengers we have around i.e. 2go and Nimbuzz have smileys and emoticons giving users the opportunity to insert their feelings and emotions in their chat messages, which is actually cool, is that not?
Do you know that you can now do the same on your Facebook account while using your PC?
How is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. FaceSmooch is the application that does the magic but make sure you read this post to the end before you download this amazing application.
With FaceSmooch, you can insert emoticons in your status update to show people how you really feel while making that post. When you have sucessfully installed FaceSmooch, it comes with a toolbar which will be added to your web browser as shown below:
When you want to update your facebook status, click on 'update status' from the toolbar, you'll
see something like this:

From the above, you get to choose the emoticon that best suite your status or the way you feel at that point in time. Apart from the above, you can also use these smileys while chatting with your friends. When you start typing your chat message, the smileys will come up right above the space provided for typing, choose the one that best describes your feelings at that point in time.
You should notice 3 coloured balls to the extreme in the image above. That takes us to the most interesting job this application does. You know your Facebook page comes with the traditional white background. With FaceSmooch, you can use any picture of your choice as the background of your Facebook page.
